How To Get more FREE SPACE ON C DRIVE

C Drive is the essential drive in which all the important files including OS is saved...
Your PC speed depends hugely on the memory on this.If you have more space-definitely your pc will be in good speed
There are unwanted files that gets Huge space in your Drive.You can clean them to get more space on your C drive

HOW TO GET MORE SPACE ON C DRIVE

1.DELETE TEMP FILES

1.Click Start



2.Type %tmp% in search and click ENTER

3.Now a window opens

4.Now click ALT+ENTER or RIGHT MOUSE CLICK->PROPERTIES

5.Now Check the size of this folder.In my case it was 2.61GB.

This is just a junk temporary files which has no effect

6.Click CTRL+A and DELETE using SHIFT+DELETE

7.This key permanently deletes the file

• After using photoshop clean the temp folder as above steps as Photoshop creates lot of temp files

 

2.DELETE FILES PERMANENTLY

whenever you delete a file,it goes to recycle bin which occupies memory space.So whenever you delete use SHIFT+DELETE which deletes the file permanently
